The Daily Telegraph recently reported on world number one snowboarder Torah Bright’s preparations for next year’s Winter Olympics.
According to the newspaper, “In a sport renowned for anti-social behaviour, drug-taking, grungy clothing and unkempt appearances, Bright is a breath of fresh mountain air.”
“She is a beautiful, non-drinking, non-cursing 22-year-old who is as devoted to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints as she is to snowboarding.”
In a subsequent interview with the Daily Telegraph, Bright spoke more about her religion and what it means to her. “I'm more than happy to talk about my religion. To break down a few myths,” she told the newspaper. To read the full Daily Telegraph article, click here.
